Welcome to where it all began! Before there was a Yoga Dome! Our Yard opened up in the midst of the pandemic to host yoga classes, events and workshops to keep you grounded and inspired!
We love the outdoors and we love our 3 acre beautiful property. Come join us for our 3rd season of Yoga In The Yard where you are encouraged to connect in with nature and yourself!
Ground mats and blocks are provided just bring along your own blankets and pillows for added comfort. Class will be moved into The Dome if weather is a hindrance.
Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath
Monday Nights 6:30-7:30pm
In this flow we practice linking breath and movement. We bring a stronger focus to elongating our breath and cultivate mindful transitions from pose to pose ensuring proper alignment. This class is for those who want a stronger practice but want to explore the slower more subtle side of a Vinyasa practice.

Explore Grounding
New Class starts Tuesday June 20th, 2023
6:30-7:30pm Weekly
Join us each week for a special gentle & grounding yoga class. This class is for all levels of yogis and focuses on more rooted and grounded yoga poses. Moving slowly and mindfully throughout practice as you breathe in nature and feel the earth below. We will end each class with a mini sound bath session by using a mix of Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and Ocean Drum just to name a few.
Ground mats provided. Bring along your own blankets, pillows or anything else that supports you in your practice. Moved in Dome if rain is present.
Explore Vinyasa
New Class Starts Wednesday May 31st, 2023 9:30-10:30am weekly
Join us as we flow into the summer season. Vinyasa Vibes is all about cultivating strength via breath and movement.
This class is active and energizing.
We will explore Sun Salutations as well as practice some more challenging standing Asanas.
Ground mats provided.

Brand new to Yoga? Welcome. We are excited to have you. Come join us in our Beginners Journey!
This is where we teach ya the ‘yoga basics’ and give you all the the tools, tips and tricks to starting up a regular yoga practice!
If you’re just starting out or if you need a refresher; everyone is welcome to join.

Explore The Balance
Friday Mornings 9:30-10:30am
Explore the differences between a Yin/Yang practice. Finding balance both on and off the yoga mat. This class will leave you with a deeper understanding of how connected everything truly is. Moving the body swiftly, quickly and strongly shows us the Yang side of the practice. Slowing down and settling into stillness with longer held poses to take the journey Yin. All levels welcome to join this class

Sunday Mornings 10:00-11:00am
A gentle, grounding and compassionate class for your heart. This class is for everyone and no experience is necessary. Settle in, take a few cleansing breaths and follow your heart as you are guided through this relaxing practice. Take care of your mind, body & soul as you move slowly and at your own pace letting go of anything that you no longer need to hold onto. All levels welcome. Ground mats provided.
