The Yoga Dome will be closed from September 19th–27th, 2025 for maintenance and repairs. We will reopen on Sunday, September 28th with a brand-new class schedule designed to support your journey of growth, healing and transformation.


Every class listed below is available as a single drop-in or through our class pass system, which offers a discounted rate for those who wish to weave this practice more consistently into their lives.

This season, we are setting the intention to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, nurture your body and find stillness amidst life’s busyness.

Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath

Monday Nights 6:00-7:00pm

Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath

In this flow we practice linking breath and movement. We bring a stronger focus to elongating our breath and cultivate mindful transitions from pose to pose and ensuring proper alignment. This class is for those who want a stronger practice but want to explore the slower more subtle side of a Vinyasa practice. 

All levels are welcome to come give it a try!

Explore a Beginner’s State of Mind 

Monday Nights 7:30-8:30pm

Join us as we journey through the ‘Yoga Basics’ not that there is anything ‘basic’ about Yoga. But hey - you gotta start somewhere. This class is for brand new and aspiring yogis as well as yogis who need a refresher. 

This class will allow you to shift back to the beginning, taking your time as we work through each pose mindfully.

Explore Yogic Sleep

Tuesday Mornings 9:00-10:00am

Yoga Nidra also translates to ‘guided sleep meditation’ and it allows your body to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during sleep. 

In this session, you will be invited to cozy up near the Fire and get as comfortable as possible. You will be led into different levels and layers of consciousness via our carefully curated guided meditation scripts, which allows you to explore the physical body, the energetic body, the emotional body, the mind-body and beyond. This practice is extremely deep and can leave you will feelings of fresh energy, a sense of peace and a clearing to make room for something new. Dress really comfortable. We provide you will cozy mats, pillows and blankets.

Explore with Breath 

Tuesday Nights 5:30-6:30pm

Step into a sacred space of release and renewal as you are gently guided through the transformative practice of Soul Somatic Breathwork. 

Using individual headsets, you will be immersed in sound and guided cues designed to help you journey inward, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

This practice weaves together trauma informed principles, mindful breathing, somatic awareness and heart-opening soundscapes to create an experience of deep rest, emotional release and soulful clarity. 

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, move through stuck energy or explore a new path to inner healing, this class offers a safe and supportive environment for your journey.

We know how busy the days can be. Resting and Restoring the body is crucial to keeping you grounded in all the hustle and bustle. 

Join us, In Dome for a 75-minute Restore & Sound session. Using blankets, blocks and bolsters, we will set the body up in the most relaxing and restoring ways. Each week we will incorporate different sound techniques to help you shift the body into deeper states of rest. 

No experience is necessary. We invite you to come as you are! Use of mats, and yoga props included.

Step into the rhythm of movement and music with this one-of-a-kind vinyasa class. You will flow through creative sequences while immersed in sound through individual wireless headsets allowing you to tune deeply into both the music and your body.

Each week features a curated playlist designed to energize, inspire and uplift your practice. Expect a fun, lighthearted flow where yoga meets dance party vibes inviting freedom, strength and joy in every movement.

Explore The Journey Yin

Wednesday Nights 7:15-8:30pm

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, soften and turn inward. In this class, we hold postures for longer periods of time, allowing the muscles to relax and the deeper connective tissues of the body to gently release. Each shape becomes a meditation and an opportunity to breathe, to feel and to create space not only in the body, but also in the mind and heart.

To anchor the mind, we weave in the gentle resonance of OM chants, guiding you into presence and connection with something greater. As you settle into stillness, stargazers blooming in the background, creating a tranquil, dreamlike atmosphere that deepens your sense of peace.

Explore Balance Within

Friday Mornings 9:00-10:00am

Explore the differences between a Yin/Yang practice. Finding balance both on and off the yoga mat. This class will leave you with a deeper understanding of how connected everything truly is. Moving the body swiftly, quickly and strongly shows us the Yang side of the practice. Slowing down and settling into stillness with longer held poses to take the journey Yin. We use our ‘I am balanced‘ mantra to keep us present and connected to each moment.

Explore Depth

Sunday Mornings 9:00-10:00am

Soma (living awareness) or somatics is the awakened awareness of the body within movement. Sense the depths of your being with gentle yoga movements. Get curious about embracing and embodying exactly where you’re at.

 We will explore moving energy to open the gateway for Spiritual connection and growth and move towards a balanced life.

All levels are welcome to join this class.

This restorative yoga class combines gentle, supported postures with guided meditation and mindful breathing to help calm the mind, release stored tension and reset your nervous system.
