As the days grow longer and the energy of spring begins to unfold, we are excited to welcome you into a new season of practice at The Yoga Dome.

Spring invites renewal, fresh beginnings and a gentle return to movement, breath and connection.

Our new class schedule has been thoughtfully created to support your growth, healing and continued exploration on the mat. 


All classes are available as single drop-ins or through our class pass options, giving you the flexibility to practice in a way that feels right for you.

Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath

Monday Nights

Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath

In this flow we practice linking breath and movement. We bring a stronger focus to elongating our breath and cultivate mindful transitions from pose to pose and ensuring proper alignment. This class is for those who want a stronger practice but want to explore the slower more subtle side of a Vinyasa practice. 

All levels are welcome to come give it a try!

Explore Yogic Sleep

Tuesday Mornings

10:00-11:00am

Yoga Nidra also translates to ‘guided sleep meditation’ and it allows your body to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during sleep. 

In this session, you will be invited to cozy up near the Fire and get as comfortable as possible. You will be led into different levels and layers of consciousness via our carefully curated guided meditation scripts, which allows you to explore the physical body, the energetic body, the emotional body, the mind-body and beyond. This practice is extremely deep and can leave you will feelings of fresh energy, a sense of peace and a clearing to make room for something new. Dress really comfortable. We provide you will cozy mats, pillows and blankets.

Explore with Breath 

Tuesday Nights 

5:15-6:30pm (New Start Time)

Step into a sacred space of release and renewal as you are gently guided through the transformative practice of Soul Somatic Breathwork. 

Using individual headsets, you will be immersed in sound and guided cues designed to help you journey inward, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

This practice weaves together trauma informed principles, mindful breathing, somatic awareness and heart-opening soundscapes to create an experience of deep rest, emotional release and soulful clarity. 

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, move through stuck energy or explore a new path to inner healing, this class offers a safe and supportive environment for your journey.

We know how busy the days can be. Resting and Restoring the body is crucial to keeping you grounded in all the hustle and bustle. 

Join us, In Dome for a 75-minute Restore & Sound session. Using blankets, blocks and bolsters, we will set the body up in the most relaxing and restoring ways. Each week we will incorporate different sound techniques to help you shift the body into deeper states of rest. 

No experience is necessary. We invite you to come as you are! Use of mats, and yoga props included.

Step into the rhythm of movement and music with this one-of-a-kind vinyasa class. You will flow through creative sequences while immersed in sound through individual wireless headsets allowing you to tune deeply into both the music and your body.

Each week features a curated playlist designed to energize, inspire and uplift your practice. Expect a fun, lighthearted flow where yoga meets dance party vibes inviting freedom, strength and joy in every movement.

No experience is necessary. Come ready to explore, move and connect with the beat of your own heart.

Within each class, we weave together mindful Yin shapes, gentle breathwork and moments of guided awareness to support energetic balance and inner clarity.

As the body softens, the practice becomes a doorway to stillness, offering space to regulate the nervous system, release tension and reconnect with the subtle rhythms of the body.

Yin Yoga is grounding, restorative and deeply nourishing. It is an invitation to slow the pace of life, listen inward and create spaciousness within both body and mind.

This practice is beginner friendly and open to all levels, offering a supportive environment where each student can explore stillness at their own pace. Whether you are seeking physical release, emotional balance or simply a quiet pause in your week, Yin Yoga offers a gentle path back to yourself.

Step onto the mat and begin your yoga journey in a supportive and welcoming space. This class is designed for those who are brand new to yoga or looking to return to the basics. Together, we will  explore foundational postures, breathing techniques and mindful movement rooted in the Hatha tradition.

No prior experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to connect with your body and breath. Leave each class feeling grounded, centered and more confident in your practice.

Step into deep relaxation and inner stillness with Immersion Yoga Nidra, a guided sleep-based meditation practice designed to restore body, mind and spirit. This class offers a fully immersive experience enhanced with individual headsets so you can journey inward without distraction.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” guides you through a state between wakefulness and sleep where deep healing, clarity and profound rest naturally arise. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your self-care and awareness, this practice invites you to release tension, reset your nervous system and awaken to greater peace within.

Explore Balance Within

Friday Mornings 

10:00-11:00am

Explore the differences between a Yin/Yang practice. Finding balance both on and off the yoga mat. This class will leave you with a deeper understanding of how connected everything truly is. Moving the body swiftly, quickly and strongly shows us the Yang side of the practice. Slowing down and settling into stillness with longer held poses to take the journey Yin. We use our ‘I am balanced‘ mantra to keep us present and connected to each moment.

Sunday Mornings

10:00-11:00am

Soma (living awareness) or somatics is the awakened awareness of the body within movement. Sense the depths of your being with gentle yoga movements. Get curious about embracing and embodying exactly where you’re at.

 We will explore moving energy to open the gateway for Spiritual connection and growth and move towards a balanced life.

All levels are welcome to join this class.

Explore A Nervous System Reset

(CLASS BEGINS OCT 19th)

This restorative yoga class combines gentle, supported postures with guided meditation and mindful breathing to help calm the mind, release stored tension and reset your nervous system. As your body softens into relaxation, your parasympathetic response is activated, allowing true healing, restoration and renewal to take place.

To deepen the experience, you will also be immersed in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls. Their healing frequencies help quiet the mental chatter, harmonize your energy and guide you into a deeper meditative state. The sound waves resonate through every cell of your being, amplifying the effects of rest and nervous system regulation.

This practice is accessible to all levels and is especially supportive if you are feeling stressed, anxious or depleted. Leave class feeling balanced, nourished and ready to step into the week with a clear, peaceful mind and a restored body.
