Explore Meditation
Monday Mornings 9:00-10:00am
Join us In Dome on Monday mornings for a 60-minute meditation practice. This session will include a portion of open discussion, sharing and Dharma talks. You may set yourself up seated in a chair or lying down using yoga mats, blankets and props (chairs and use of props included - we have everything you need).
This practice is a deep inner contemplation and commitment and is not a ‘guided meditation’. OM chants will be your anchor and playing in the background as you practice focusing the mind on one point|fixed concentration. Ie. Meditation.
90% of this session will be sitting/laying in stillness working to keep the mind focused in a meditative state.
All levels are welcome to try!
Practicing meditation with intention and as a collective can contribute to a sense of calm and relaxation. Especially in groups where there is a genuine sense of trust and care. Being around people we feel safe with alleviates stress and anxiety, promoting emotional well being.

Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath
Monday Nights 6:00-7:00pm
Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath
In this flow we practice linking breath and movement. We bring a stronger focus to elongating our breath and cultivate mindful transitions from pose to pose and ensuring proper alignment. This class is for those who want a stronger practice but want to explore the slower more subtle side of a Vinyasa practice.
All levels are welcome to come give it a try!

Yoga Nidra also translates to ‘guided sleep meditation’ and it allows your body to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during sleep.
In this session, you will be invited to cozy up near the Fire and get as comfortable as possible.
You will be led into different levels and layers of consciousness via our carefully curated guided meditation scripts, which allows you to explore the physical body, the energetic body, the emotional body, the mind-body and beyond. This practice is extremely deep and can leave you will feelings of fresh energy, a sense of peace and a clearing to make room for something new. Dress really comfortable. We provide you will cozy mats, pillows and blankets.

Tuesday Nights 6:00-7:00pm
Explore the differences between a Yin/Yang practice. Finding balance both on and off the yoga mat. This class will leave you with a deeper understanding of how connected everything truly is. Moving the body swiftly, quickly and strongly shows us the Yang side of the practice. Slowing down and settling into stillness with longer held poses to take the journey Yin. We use our ‘I am balanced‘ mantra to keep us present and connected to each moment.

Explore Rest & Sound

We know how busy the days can be. Resting and Restoring the body is crucial to keeping you grounded in all the hustle and bustle.
Join us, In Dome for a 75-minute Restore & Sound session. Using blankets, blocks and bolsters, we will set the body up in the most relaxing and restoring ways. Each week we will incorporate different sound techniques to help you shift the body into deeper states of rest.
No experience is necessary. We invite you to come as you are! Use of mats, and yoga props included.

Musical Flow Vinyasa is one of our favs.
With your host DJ AM.
Join us for a super energetic, vinyasa flow. Each week Ashley Michelle will curate a new playlist to get the blood pumpin’ and the body moving.
This will be a more intense, physical flow. However, we encourage all yogis to come give it a try!
This class is meant to be fun and uplifting and we strongly recommend arriving with open heart & mind and taking a lighthearted approach to your practice.
We will laugh. We will cry. We sing. We dance. We will tap into our mind, body, breath and soul via the path of movement & music!

Explore The Journey Yin

It’s finally back!
The Practice of Yin Yoga can be a meditation in itself. Exploring fewer poses and spending longer amounts of time in each one. This journey allows us to find a place of acceptance and surrender as we commit to stillness and investigate ourselves with a gentle curiosity.
Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body ie. the ligaments, joints, bones and facia.
On an energetic level, yin yoga improves the flow of energy to the vital organs.
A truly deep and introspective session that is complimentary to the busy aspects of our lives.

Sunday Mornings 10:00-11:00am
Soma (living awareness) or somatics is the awakened awareness of the body within movement. Sense the depths of your being with gentle yoga movements. Get curious about embracing and embodying exactly where you’re at.
We will explore moving energy to open the gateway for Spiritual connection and growth and move towards a balanced life.
