Join us under the energy of the July Full Moon for an intimate evening of reflection, release, grounding and connection around the fire. ✨🔥

This special outdoor mini retreat experience will include:
🌕 Moon Flow Salutations
🧘 Full Moon Yoga Nidra (guided sleep meditation)
🎶 Mini Sound Bath
🔥 Fireside reflection + connection
🌿 Gentle space to slow down, soften and reset

The Full Moon is often seen as a time of illumination, release and emotional clearing and an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself and let go of what no longer feels aligned.

Please bring:
✨ A yoga mat
✨ Blanket/pillow for comfort
✨ Water bottle

This is a by-donation offering, with proceeds going toward The Tracey Memorial & Legacy Fund — supporting individuals in accessing yoga, healing and community experiences at The Yoga Dome. 🤍
