Come join us for this Hatha yoga class in which we explore each pose mindfully. Practicing traditional Hatha yoga Asana (poses). Learn breathing techniques (pranayama) and exploring different types of meditation practices.
This class is for all levels.

Explore Slowing Down
Monday Nights 7:30-8:30pm
In this Vinyasa class we take it slow by candle light. We practice linking breath and movement. We bring a stronger focus to elongating our breath and cultivate mindful transitions from pose to pose ensuring proper alignment. This class is for those who want a stronger practice but want to explore the slower more subtle side of a Vinyasa practice.

Explore Linking Breath & Movement

Move your body to the tune of your breath in this heated Vinyasa Flow. Not hot yoga per-say. However, we heat the body up with this swift moving practice. Get out of your head and into your Soul and come explore this intermediate yoga class.

Explore Introspection
Wednesday Nights 7:30-8:45pm
Settle into your space under the beautiful StarGazing vibes we’ve set up in The Dome. The practice of Yin Yoga can be a meditation in itself. Exploring fewer poses and spending longer amounts of time in each one. Allowing us to explore a place of acceptance. This practice can be a very deep, introspective journey.

This creatively sequenced flow is for yogis who want to break the boundaries in their yoga asana practice. Mix it up and challenge yourself by exploring advanced Asana and peak poses. This innovative flow will leave you feeling strong and inspired.

Explore Rest & Restore
Thursday Nights 7:15-8:30pm
Restorative Yoga helps to relieve the effects of stress, fatigue and anxiety. Supporting the body and allowing it to rest, we activate the body’s ability to heal.
Once settled into each pose, we will let the body relax. Nowhere to go. Nothing to do but rest. This class will end with a Planetary Gong Sound Bath Savasana. All levels should practice Restorative. Class guided By Ashley Michelle
Explore The Balance
Tuesday Nights 7:30-8:30pm
Friday Mornings 9:30-10:30am
Explore the differences between a Yin/Yang practice. Finding balance both on and off the yoga mat. This class will leave you with a deeper understanding of how connected everything truly is. Moving the body swiftly, quickly and strongly shows us the Yang side of the practice. Slowing down and settling into stillness with longer held poses to take the journey Yin. All levels welcome to join this class.

Explore Power
Saturday Mornings 10:00-11:00am
Ready for a challenge? Awaken your body with some gentle stretching. Moving the spine and hips in all their directions. We will building upper arm, core and full body strength. Building our practice from the ground up to explore peak yoga poses. You may want to have some yoga experience for this class. However, if you’re up for the challenge you are more than welcome to join.

Explore Compassion
Sunday Mornings 10:00-11:00am
A gentle, grounding and compassionate class for your heart. This class is for everyone and no experience is necessary. Settle in, take a few cleansing breaths and follow your heart as you are guided through this relaxing practice. Take care of your mind, body & soul as you move slowly and at your own pace letting go of anything that you no longer need to hold onto. Class guided By Ashley Michelle
We ask that all students arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to class.
PARKING NOTES - Parking in the back lot (close to the dome) is limited to 6 spots and is first come, first serve. When the back lot is full, we will send out a text message to let you know to park in our driveway or on the road. Please walk down the gravel lane way to the dome entrance. Please do not block the lane way at any time.
