The Sacred Journey Within
This is more than a training. This is an invitation to slow down, soften and listen deeply. The Sacred Journey Within is a sacred immersion into the art of Yin Yoga, where stillness becomes the path and presence becomes the teacher.
Over the course of this training, you’ll explore the foundational principles of Yin Yoga from posture and sequencing to energetic meridians and the wisdom of the subtle body. You’ll learn to guide others with clarity, compassion and skill, while also deepening your own inner practice.
We’ll explore the use of breath, meditation, supportive props and the power of intentional language to hold space that is nourishing, trauma-aware and inclusive. With plenty of practice and feedback, you will gain the tools and confidence to integrate Yin into your teaching or simply into your life and use it as a way of coming home to yourself.
This journey is one of depth, devotion and the quiet transformation that comes through stillness.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
This inclusive and comprehensive training is open to everyone, practitioners and teachers — all bodies and all levels of experience. For those that are interested in deepening their knowledge and embody life-enhancing change, to develop a home practice, or share with their loved ones and communities.

Yoga Nidra is also known as ‘guided sleep meditation’ or ‘yogic sleep’. In which the practice takes you on a deep journey through the different levels and layers of your being (Koshas). This guided meditation is generally practiced in a laying down position (Savasana) with a strategic script and a Sankapla (intention) in place.
Not only can Yoga Nidra help reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue. During the deep state of relaxation that yoga nidra induces, an awareness of one’s surroundings is increased and that receptivity and learning abilities are enhanced.
The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
