Ashley Michelle has taken her yoga journey to places she never thought possible. With almost 1,000 hours of training she is certified in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Chair, SUPYOGA and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ® as well as 100+ hours in Meditation training. Ashley was born to learn and teach. She has been practicing yoga for almost a decade and claims that “yoga has changed her entire life!” Ashley has been teaching yoga all over the Niagara Region nonstop since she graduated her first of many teacher trainings in 2018. In 2020 Ashley lead her first yoga retreat in Costa Rica and believed her path was to lead retreats all around the World. When the pandemic hit Ashley and her partner Eric Martin decided to open their home, specifically, their ‘yard’ to host outdoor yoga classes. Near the end of 2020 Ashley & Eric decided to take a leap of faith and began construction on The Yoga Dome Project. To read more about that story check out our ‘About Page’.
2023 has been a BIG year for Ashley! She started her own Podcast show - Spiritual Woo Podcast - she became a licensed and certified travel agent (again) and she is currently planning several Yoga & Meditation retreats around the World!
Ashley absolutely loves guiding people to their hearts. She teaches and leads with compassion. She shares her sober journey openly and encourages non-judgment towards others and most importantly yourself!
“Come connect with me. If you’re struggling, craving change, needing guidance or a little encouragement and support for life. I’ve got you!
Life is so beautifully chaotic and it’s the practice of Yoga & Meditation that can help us connect into something much bigger than ourselves. It can encourage and support an amazing shift within, all while finding a beautiful balance in your everyday life! This practice has changed my entire life and I absolutely cannot wait to share it with you all.
Blueraven, Is a modern mystic. Starting her transformative journey in her early twenties when introduced to Reiki, herbal healing & spiritual traditions from around the world, at a time in her life when she was questioning, that there had to be more to life. And there was….
Working at a rock n roll hair salon in the early 90s, she got to meet her favourite rock stars, like Guns & Roses, & Kiss. From there she went on to style hair at an Organic Spa & hair salon in Yorkville, where she was introduced to Holistic medicine.
This sparked an interest and she decided to enroll in the Natural Healthcare Practitioner program at Transformational Arts College in 2001. It was there where she fell in love with Sound, Colour, & Vibrational therapy. She went on to teach and perform at health shows in Canada & US.
While practicing Women’s frame drumming at a Native Canadian Centre in Toronto, she was taught that First Nations Women started drumming in the 90’s to reclaim their voices through the power of the drum! This was a pivotal point for her ; in finding her own voice and she went on to form an all-Goddess troupe; The Blueraven Drummers, Chanters & Dancers, in 2010. Their music celebrates world culture, connecting and all humanity through the heartbeat of the drum.
Blueraven, is also a drum circle facilitator for all ages, & abilities, having worked in women’s shelters with youth and community centers. For people with special needs, retirement homes, schools, summer camps and corporate events.
Having danced her whole life, she came across Bellydance at a time when she struggled with body-self-care. Having to fit into a perfect size for conventional dance didn’t suit her free spirit. Her first Bellydance teacher was a curvaceous & powerful Spirit. And dance were fused into one! Blueraven, studied with Arabesque and went on to perform with professional Bellydance troupe, Vivace, in the Contemporary Bellydance show Inanna. She has choreographed for Rose theatre and has taught dance in Ontario, since 2013.
At a friend’s request to fill in spots for Nuit Blanches festival, she performed in the Guinness World Record for the longest Burlesque dance event in 2014. It was the most spiritual experiences of dance she has had to this date. Dance to her is more than just steps, its about energy and transference between dancer and audience.
Having a curiosity for all things art, she studied at Academy of Realist Art in Toronto, working with masters taught her how to work through blocks and develop patience! She went on to sell her art pieces in galleries around Ontario. Her love for Nature comes out in her Faery doors, crowns, masks & fantasy paintings.
Blueraven, entered college again in 2018 at 50yrs young, to study Horticulture at Niagara College. Being a wild child of nature, she could see the changes in the forests and wanted to help future generations. Challenged with learning differently throughout high school and having the mindset that academics wasn’t her thing. She got the support she needed and went from having average marks to ending with honours. Her love for wildflowers & restorative permaculture can bee seen throughout Niagara.
Her dream now is combining all her knowledge in an inspiring setting. Where Nature & Art meet. A place where people can see the beauty in all things. “I have always felt that nature is my home and when we care about something, we want to take to care of it. Art has helped me through, mental, physical & spiritual challenges many times. And it is said that when you would go to a Shamanic medicine person for healing, they would ask you, when did you stop dancing, singing, being enchanted by stories & feel comforted by sweet silence?
I’m here to have fun on this Earth-walk and I hope you’ll join me.
With good mind & heart – Om Shanti Natalie Blueraven”

“I started my path in yoga many moons ago not even realizing it. I can remember as a small child practicing yoga with my grandparents. Fast forward to 2017 when recovering from a major surgery all I could think about was taking my teacher training and when cleared from the doctor that’s exactly what I did.
I completed my yoga training with Yoga Fit Canada with 200 hr this past year after having my son. I have been able to share my passion of breath work and poses through my work as a Rehabilitation Assistant which I have been for over 13 years. Having first hand scene the benefits that yoga brings to not only myself but others is absolutely amazing.
You can always find me wandering through the forest on nature hikes with my family paddling and doing yoga on my paddleboard, backcountry camping , sipping wine beside a bonfire and creating yummy meals in my kitchen.”
