Ashley Michelle Martin’s journey is one of transformation, healing and a deep devotion to sharing the power of yoga with the world. With over 1,500 hours of professional training, her certifications span Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Chair Yoga, SUP Yoga, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®, Somatic Healing, Trauma-Informed Yoga and advanced meditation studies.
Her teachings are rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga became a guiding light in Ashley’s life more than a decade ago shaping her path, expanding her heart and inspiring her to hold space for others on their own journeys of self-discovery. She has led classes, workshops, retreats and trainings across the Niagara Region and beyond, including soulful international retreats and the creation of The Yoga Dome, a sanctuary built with love and intention alongside her partner, Eric Martin.
Her teaching style is warm, grounded and infused with a little bit of humor, all while being deeply compassionate. She blends philosophy, mindful movement and somatic practices to create a safe and empowering space where students feel seen, supported and inspired.
Ashley’s own journey of sobriety, self-love and personal growth informs her work, reminding others that transformation is always possible no matter where you begin.
Whether guiding a meditation, leading a retreat in a faraway land or simply holding space for someone’s first breath on the mat, Ashley invites you to connect, explore and come home to yourself. In her world, yoga is not just a practice it’s a way of living with more balance, joy, and truth. It’s a way of life.
“If you’re seeking clarity, craving change or simply ready to reconnect with your own light and true nature, I’m here to walk alongside you.” — Ashley Michelle Martin
Tammy Howell has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. It was not until moving to
Crystal Beach that she began to deepen her practice from the physical to all aspects of
yoga. Through mindful practice alone and in community, self-study, training, opening
her heart and the guidance and shared knowledge of teachers, friends, and fellow yogis
she has discovered yoga as a way of life. Connecting, uniting the mind, body, and spirit.
This has been life altering and lifesaving.
Tammy is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher and has continued fueling her passion for a yogic lifestyle and helping others with certifications in Yoga Nidra and
Restorative Yoga. Her practices are an expression of her soul and always come from a
place of compassion and love for self and others. She loves to interweave poetry,
affirmations, and quotes into her classes. She is grateful to be a yoga teacher and to
practice in community with others.
Tammy welcomes every body with an open heart and an open mind. Yoga has and
continues to guide her journey as a spirit having a human experience.
Tammy has a love for all things nature, hiking, biking, gardening, birding, and travelling.
She loves spending time with her family and friends, creating new memories, sharing
laughs, cries, and everything in between that this human journey has to offer.
My name is Deanna. I'm a 200-hour Yoga Instructor, receiving my certification through Alchemy Yoga & Wellness Studio. I am also certified in restorative practice and nidra yoga meditation, acquired through The Yoga Dome.. My passion is sharing space with others, helping to guide them along their individual journey and exploration of themselves, nurturing their mind, body, heart and soul. I'm also a Registered Early Childhood Educator and Child and Youth Worker.. Through this work I have learned to incorporate my yogic practices. Helping both children and adults to recognize the beauty in individuality. As well as finding calm in times of stress and chaos through self regulation techniques.
With every class my intention is to hold space for an inclusive, judgement free, safe environment, welcoming all bodies, all abilities and all ages. I lead with compassion, acceptance and self love. Offering breathwork, gentle hatha, restorative asana and guided meditation to self, through self. May you find stillness in this space to rest, restore and renew, creating peace and balance.
My practices invite you to show up as you are, to show up for no one but you, to be present, mindful and kind to yourself. There is nothing more valuable than honouring your soul.
You are worth it!
THANK YOU MEAGHAN FOR YOUR SERVICE TO THE YOGA COMMUNITY! YOU HAVE INSPIRED SO MANY AND WILL BE GREATLY MISSED! UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, FRIEND!
Meaghan is a Port Colborne-based yoga teacher who teaches at various locations throughout the Niagara region.
A longtime dancer and dance instructor, Meaghan fell in love with yoga after her first down dog. She relishes the “practice” of yoga, and takes pleasure in showing up on her mat everyday: moving, breathing, being, growing. A class with Meaghan is playful and creative, while syncing movements with breath.
Outside of yoga her interests include, nature hikes with her dogs , paddle boarding, all things lunar and of course making memories with her husband and three beautiful girls.
The Yoga Dome will be closed from September 19th–27th, 2025 for maintenance and repairs. We will reopen on Sunday, September 28th with a brand-new class schedule designed to support your journey of growth, healing and transformation.….
