Winter Solstice Somatic Connection
Day Retreat is a carefully curated 5-hour retreat that is attuned to The Winter Solstice which encapsulates the essence of balance.
As the longest night of the year, it urges us to honour the darkness that shrouds the natural world. This dankness isn’t merely absence; it’s a canvas for introspection and reflection.
Our bodies are a collection of thoughts, emotions and experiences. Throughout our lives, we learn ways to cope with challenges, stress, anxiety and we unconsciously create ‘holding patterns’ in the body. This reflects in the way we move, the way we feel, our posture, and even the way we react and process situations.
Working with Somatic practices helps us recognize and accept exactly where we’re at. It encourages embodiment and empowerment all while exploring with a gentle curiosity.
This retreat will show you tools and practices that may unlock the potential for change, growth, and offer you an enhanced ‘mind-body’ connection.
This retreat is open to anyone.
Tea, journal and use of all yoga/meditation props are included.

We’ve all heard it before.
Our intention seems to be on track however, most of the time we fall back into old patterns, habits and routines pretty quickly.
This Day Retreat is here to inspire you as well as help you implement practices and manifestation techniques that will stick!
Join us on the first Saturday of 2025 as we come together and share our intentions, our insights and our manifestation dreams for the year.
We will get really intentional about what we want for our lives this 2025. You will be guided through a deeply immersive Sound Bath that will increase your focus and clarity as well bring you closer to yourself.
As well as journey through a very strategic Guided Sleep Meditation (AKA Yoga Nidra) practice, that is specifically designed to take you through the several layers of your being, which will provide a deep connection to the Spiritual Plane and yourself!
We will work through journal prompts (journal included), as well as group sharing and community support!
Light Vegan snacks will also be served.
Space is limited. Use of all meditation props included. You need to bring nothing but yourself.
