Inner Alignment: A Soulful Somatic Retreat
Join Yoga Dome owner Ashley Michelle Martin and psychotherapist Laura Bruno for a day retreat collaboration like no other. With combined experience in somatic healing, trauma-informed guidance, spiritual insight and scientific wisdom, this retreat has been created for those who are ready to reconnecting and realigning mind, body and soul.
Through a blend of powerful modalities, we will explore where you may feel out of alignment and guide you back to a harmonious state.

IFS Parts Work and Inner Child Healing
Journey into your inner landscape using techniques from Internal Family Systems to meet and understand the many “parts” of yourself. By acknowledging these inner voices and connecting with your younger self, you will create space for deep healing, compassion and self-acceptance.
Somatic Breathwork
Through intentional breathing patterns, you will access the body’s natural ability to release stored stress, tension and unprocessed emotion. This practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release and a renewed sense of balance and vitality.
Yoga Nidra
Also known as “yogic sleep,” this guided meditation invites you into a state between wakefulness and rest. You will experience profound relaxation while calming the nervous system, improving clarity and restoring energy.
Sound Bath
Bathe in the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other healing instruments. The vibrations travel through the body to soothe the mind, reduce stress and promote emotional and physical well-being at a cellular level.
Guided Meditation and Visualization
Drop inward with guided practices designed to center your awareness, open the heart and connect you to your intentions. Visualization techniques will help you clarify what you want to call into your life and embody the feeling of alignment.
Light Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing, plant-based meal prepared with care. Sharing food together offers time for grounding, connection and community.
We will also leave space for journaling, reflection and personal integration, ensuring that you leave feeling more aligned, centered and supported in your journey forward.
Space is limited and we encourage to come as you are. The yoga dome has everything you need, including the use of mats, blankets, cushions, tea and water.

Through mindful stillness, intuitive guidance and sound healing, we will honour the darkness as a space of transformation and prepare to welcome the returning light.
