Compassionate Heart Coaching uses many tools, modalities, tips and tricks to encourage and inspire change within your Heart.

Book a Free 30-minute 1:1 Heart-led Coaching Conversation Consultation Session. This session is for those who crave a Compassionate Heart change. Perhaps you‘re unsure where to start in your journey and you need a little conversation to guide your Heart into the right place. This session will help you explore where your Heart is at. Offering you tools, tips and tricks to get your Heart shitting in to the right direction.
Need a Compassionate Heart to listen? You’ll be invited to meet in The Yoga Dome welcome area for some tea & heart talks. This session is for you to pour your heart out and release anything you may be holding onto. You will also be offered a grounding guided meditation and a little inspiration for your heart. You will also be offered a positive and compassionate approach to your current situation. Upon leaving our space; you will feel cleansed and anew. (In person only)
This in-person Heart Healing Sound Bath is for you if you are looking to journey deep within yourself. Offering space, time and sound to reach your Heart. Sound Baths promote healing, relaxation and can offer you deep moments of introspection. These sessions use a mix of Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum and Gong to guide you towards a deeper state of relaxation.

Our 1-month 1:1 Compassionate Heart Shift Coaching Program can be experienced online via phone & video calls OR in person at The Yoga Dome.

We will start with a 60-minute in-person or video phone conversation to discuss any limitations you have been holding on to. Encourage you to start the shift, all while finding a deep compassion towards yourself! Together we will curate a plan that suites your Hearts needs. Which may include; Yoga Practices, Meditation, Breath Work, Sound Healing, Journaling and Heart Sharing.
Each week we will meet either online or in person for our ‘Weekly Heart Check-in’.
You will also be provide with recommended reading, a 30-minute live, online Compassionate Heart Guided Meditation, text support throughout your Heart shifting journey and 1:1 conversation from our Heart to Yours. This program is here to inspire and encourage you to find a Compassionate Heart towards yourself. The ultimate Self-Love Journey.
Compassionate Heart Coaching also specializes in helping you explore a ‘sober curious‘ lifestyle. If your wanting to explore Sobriety, Compassion is Key!

This is for people who are serious about getting Sober from Alcohol and are ready for a radical and compassionate change in their lives. Some people need a little extra motivation to guide them through the shift!
This coaching program is for you if you are ready for commitment and change. You will work through recommended reading, journaling, ’The Sober 1sts’, plus offerings of meditations and 1:1 text support throughout your 90-day journey.
Hello, my name is Ashley Michelle and I am the owner of Compassionate Heart Coaching and The Yoga Dome. I’ve lived almost my entire life in my ‘head’. Constantly overthinking, worrying, and putting extreme judgment on myself. I was a wild alcoholic for over 20 years, and I decided that I was in desperate need of change. My heart began to shift in 2012 after some major, uncomfortable life changing events.
I found myself in Thailand on a Buddhist Meditation Retreat and I knew that my life was about to transform.
I started searching deep within my heart for something more. I enrolled myself in almost a thousand hours of Yoga Teacher and Meditation trainings and have been guiding people to explore with open hearts for the last serval years!
When Covid-19 hit, like many of you, I turned even more inward. I realized I was missing something HUGE within myself. And that something was COMPASSION!
For the last few years I have dedicated my entire practice to having a Compassionate Heart. The ultimate Self-love journey. Working through limiting beliefs, judgements and negative self talk has allowed my heart to completely open. It’s allowed me to shift away from old thought patterns, depressive states and extreme self doubt. Finding compassion for yourself can be challenging work. However, when you offer yourself a little bit of Grace, things will start to shift for you!
Now that I live from a place of connected compassion, I am ready to help guide you to your heart!

Certified in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Coaching. As well as hosting a diverse range of classes, workshops and retreats locally within the Niagara Region and internationally in my personal Heart Connected Place; Costa Rica.
